What is it like to work with LeA’Tev? Personal, fun and finished with a design that reflects you well.

Now, specifically what is it like to complete a graphic design project – a wedding stationery suite, a custom invitation, personalized photo book, etc.

Step 1: An initial meeting! Whether by phone, chat, email, or face-to-face the goal of the initial consultation is…

  • To establish your goals, objectives, and wants.
  • To learn your style and what it is that you desire.
  • To set the budget so that every design and suggestion stays within allotment.
  • To set the schedule, so we each know where to start when.

This step often assigns homework to each of us! If there are key pieces for your event that need to be sent to us for ideas, matching, or use in final designs – this information is requested at Step 1. In turn, we will send any additional information that you may need – paper samples, etc. In every process, except letterpress, colors can be matched to your exact liking.

Step 2: Initial proofs for the project are sent! This is generally one of the most exciting steps. Options will be sent to you for initial review. The options incorporate the desires that were initially expressed and act as a springboard to narrow and begin the final designs. Below are two sets of initial wedding stationery proofs for two different brides.

Step 3: This step can be quick or take several communications back and forth, but the end result is the same – the design is tweaked, set, and detailed to reflect you!

Step 4: Every necessary detail is added and reviewed. Maps are drawn, directions are added, special instructions, or any other detail or information is added and reviewed. In other words, we all get very detailed and when you have signed off for the final time….

Step 5: We go to print! In general, two weeks are allotted for printing, but dependent on paper stock and printer availability, orders can be ready to ship in as little as 1 business day. In setting the schedule upfront, sufficient time is set aside to insure printing and delivery on time.
